After a brief reprieve from film-making, RACSO is back with its latest fan based production with Rise of Metropolis.  Since 1993, RACSO had produced meaningful content in its catalogue of over seven films.  From the wildly popular Star Trek vs. Batman to Quantum Leap: A Leap to Di for, Writer/Director Christopher Allen returns to the fan based genre of film-making. 

Over the years, Allen has balanced his professional and family life with his undying passion for good storytelling.  Today, Allen is also an aviation entrepreneur and a full time father of a three year old son.  "My best production is being a dad.  Best job ever.  Period."  said Allen.
